Conditions of Use

In consideration of being granted personalized access to this website, you agree:

  1. That you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Password(s) and ensuring that it is used for yourself only;

  2. To change your password periodically;

  3. That if you suspect that your password or user name has been compromised to change it immediately and notify PBCO;

  4. Not to write down your User ID and password, store it in a file on your computer or permit anyone to observe you entering your User ID and password;

  5. That you can change your User ID/email address and/or your password at any time;

  6. That your access to the website is a secure connection;

  7. That for additional protection, after 5 unsuccessful login attempts a user will be locked out and the website will automatically log out after 30 minutes of inactivity;

  8. That authorized employees of PBCO who are bound by a confidentiality agreement, can access your personal information to perform their duties;

  9. You will not attempt to enter restricted areas of our computer system or the computer system of any entity related to or affiliated with PBCO or perform functions which you are not authorized to perform pursuant to terms and conditions;

  10. PBCO do not disclose your personal information to anyone other than authorized PBCO personnel; except if in accordance with a legal obligation under a warrant, court order or subpoena and

  11. Although PBCO have security measures in place to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information as it travels over the Internet, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet and PBCO can not guarantee the safety of transmitting personal information over the Internet.

You acknowledge that your Password(s) is unique to you and that PBCO do not have access to your Password(s). PBCO is not responsible for unauthorized access to accounts online or losses that occur as a result of you voluntarily disclosing your username and passwords, or the careless or improper handling, storing or disclosure by you of this information.

PBCO may, without notice, temporarily suspend your access to the Services by deactivating your Password(s) if PBCO reasonably suspect that you are using the Password(s) to obtain unauthorized access to other PBCO systems or information, or are using the Password(s) in any other inappropriate manner.

These suspensions will be for a period of time necessary to permit the thorough investigation of such suspended activity. PBCO may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if it is determined that you have undertaken such unauthorized activity or if such unusual activity cannot be reasonably explained.

Use of Website

PBCO is not responsible in any manner for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, however caused, arising out of your use of this Website and/or any web browser, including any damages you may suffer if you transmit confidential or sensitive information to PBCO or if PBCO communicate such information to you at your request over the Internet.
